Correct option is a free vortex. Because Pump is a forced vortex and living water in the impeller is free vortex.

C is the right answer. Centrifugal pump work on the principal of forced vortex motion. But when it leave it turned to free vortex flow.

It should be the answer D because the rotational motion of the fluid is forced vortex.

@Shoib.
It is forced vortex.
Free vortex is water flow in sink.

What is a centrifugal pump and its manometric head? How to calculate discharge, efficiency and power required for a centrifugal pump using formula?
A centrifugal pump is a machine which converts the kinetic energy of the water into pressure energy before the water leaves its casing. The flow of water leaving the impeller is free vortex. The impeller of a centrifugal pump may have volute casing, vortex casing and volute casing with guide blades.

It's right. Flow inside the impeller of a centrifugal pump is forced vortex flow but the flow of water leaving the impeller is free vortex flow.
