If Re<2000, flow is laminar.
If Re>2800, flow is turbulent.
If Re is in between 2000 and 2800, flow will be transition.

The flow in a circular pipe is;

Laminar Flow: Re ≤ 2300.
Transitional flow: 2300 ≤ Re ≤ 4000.
Turbulent flow: Re ≥ 4000.

Option D is correct.. As,
Re>4000 turbulent.
2000<Re<4000 Transition.
Re< 2000 laminar.
For pipe flow.

Laminar Flow - Re up to 2000.

Transition Flow - Re 2000-4000.

Turbulent Flow - Re More than 4000.

It should be Should be > 4000 for turbulent flow.
