Less than 2100 - Laminar.
2100 - 4000 - Transition.
More than 4000 - Turbulent.

Flow with Reynolds number less than 2000 is considered as a laminar flow while flow with Reynolds number greater than 4000 is considered as turbulent flow.

Flow having Reynolds number between 2000 to 4000 known as transition flow.

It should be less than 2000.

It's laminar if it's less than 2100.
It's turbulent if more than 2800.
And between 2100 to 2800 neither turbulent nor laminar.

It's laminar if it's less than 2100.
turbulent if it is more than 4000.
and transitional flow if it's between 2100 and 4000.

Re no for laminar flow is less than 2000.
Re no for turbulent flow is more than 2000.
If Re lies B/w 500-2000 it is transition state flow.
