y=1600
w=2*N*Π/60=10.47 rad/sec.
r= 0.5m
g= 9.81 m/sec^2.
The answer is 3510.54 Kg.

But the specific weight given in the question is not correct it is given in kg/m^3(which is for density) and must be in kN/m^3.
