It's very simple
Gate is vertical.
Means H = 4m.
D/2 = 4/2 = 2.

The center of pressure is located at the centroid of the rectangular shaped pressure field 2/3 from the top of the water line.

b = 4 m, d = 3 m.

Center of pressure = 2/3 d = (2/3)*3 = 2.0 m.
