IRC give some value for camber such cement concrete road is 2% to 1.7% ( 1:50) to (1:60) so its answer is 1:50 to 1:60.

1. High bituminous and cement surface --------------> 1 in 50 to 1 in 60.
2. Thin bituminous surfaces -------> 1 in 40 to 1 in 50.
3. WBM -----------------------> 1 in 33 to 1 in 40.
4. Earth Road -----------------> 1 in 25 to 1 in 33.

As per IRC recommendation, it should be 1 in 50 to 1 in 60.

Yes, As per IRC its should be 1 in 50 (2.0%) to 1 in 60 (1.7%).
