Correct, because 3.5 + 3.5 is 7 and 0.6 median and 0.6 shoulder on either side.

This is 8.8 so 3.5*2=7.
8.8-7=1.8.

How C? Each lane 3.5m so 7m in total, rest 1.2 m is what? Median? I think 0.6m comes on either side.
