As per IRC 37.
Minimum thickness of base course for traffic up to 2 msa is 225mm.
Minimum thickness of base course for traffic greater than 2 msa is 250 mm.

Given answer is correct.
Surface course ---> 25 - 50mm.
Binder course ---> 50 - 100mm.
Base course ---> 100 - 300mm.
Sub base course ---> 100 - 300mm.
Subgrade ---> 150 - 300mm.
Surface course ---> 25 - 50mm.
Binder course ---> 50 - 100mm.
Base course ---> 100 - 300mm.
Sub base course ---> 100 - 300mm.
