For FINE SAND:
Subgrade 0.6 – 1.0 m above HFL (PI > 5) = 350 mm.
Subgrade 0.6 – 1.0 m above HFL, the subgrade soil being sandy (PI <5; sand content not less than 50 percent) 300 mm.
For Coarse SAND:
Subgrade 0.6 – 1.0 m above HFL (PI > 5) =150 mm.
Subgrade 0.6 – 1.0 m above HFL, the subgrade soil being sandy (PI <5; sand content not less than 50 percent) =100 mm.
Subgrade 0.6 – 1.0 m above HFL (PI > 5) = 350 mm.
