It is safe sight distance. There is no problem regarding OSD inc ase of valley curve. We consider only head light sight distance which is equal to SSD. And formula used is NS^2/1.5+0.35S.

Whether, it is safe sight distance or overtaking sight distance? Please tell me.

Yes, Formula is NS * 2/(1.5 + 0.035S).

All the options are of summit curve not valley curve.

Is it correct answer because formula is ns2/(1.5+0.035s)?

Above comment is wrong correct answer is either based on comfort condition.

i.e 2{(Nv^3)/C}/1/2 or H.S.D that is difference (NS^2)/(1.5+.0355) or 2S-reverse.

No its not right answer either it is ns^2/4.4 or ns^2/9.6 but here 4.4 is not given. so correct is ns^2a/9.6.
