Completely disagree with answer, answer should be (B) a positive gradient between A and C.

Please note the RL of the road is given not staff readings.

So, the right answer is B.

C is the correct answer.

Staff reading is increasing. Thus its downward slope.

There are giving RL's not Staf reading.

So +grade in forward side.
