Qw = 280w(1+e/w)(1-p/3)/(1+w/l).
e = 8.4
w = 14
l = 35
p = 1000/2000 = 0.5.
Put all the values above equation,
Qw = 3733.33~3700pcu/hr.
e = 8.4
