What is the equivalent single wheel load of a dual wheel assembly carrying 20, 440 N each for pavement thickness of 20 cm ? Centre to centre spacing of tyres is 27 cm and the distance between the walls of tyres is 11 cm

P=20440 kg, S=27 cm, d=11 cm.
To find:
ESWL at Z=20cm
ESwL at d/2 =5.5 cm; P = 20440 kg
ESWL at 2S=54 cm; 2P=40880 kg.
log P - log 20440 / log 20 - log 5.5 = log 40880 - log 20440/ log 54 - log 5.5.
log P = 10.31.
P = 30031.43 kg.
P = 294608.39 N.
To find:
