nf( no of flow fields) = no of flow lines -1.
and nd( no of equipotential drop)= no of equipotential line -1.
So, the correct answer should be 57.

The number 61 only is the right answer.
nf=6 (no. of flowlines +1).
nd=9 (no of potential drop lines +1).

Because q = (kHLnf)/nd
q = 0.0013 * 10^(-3) *9 * 90 * 5/(8 * 86400),
q= 56.87m^3/day.
