Mp = 120 Kn-M.
Fy = ?
Zp = 4.8 * 10-4.
Fy = Mp / Zp.
Fy = 120/4.8 *10-4.
= 250 * 10-3.
or 250 Mpa.

What about shape factor?

Shape factor is the ratio of bending strength (Mp) of a rectangular member by its yield strength (My). Shape factor f = Mp/My and as Mp = FyZp and My = FyZe. So F = Zp/Ze.

My=FyZy.
Now,My=(plastic moment/S.F)=100/1.2=100...and Zy=(plastic section modulus/S.F)=(4.8*10^-4/1.2)=4*10^-4.
So now Fy=250Mpa.
