Du/dx +dv/dy = 0.
D/dx (y^2 +4xy) + d/dy (v-unknown) = 0,
4y + d/dy (v-unknown) =0,
d/dy (v-unknown) = - 4y,
Integrate on both sides wrt y.
V= - 2y^2.

Sum of partial derivative of you with respect to x and partial derivative of v with respect to y is zero for incompressible flow of fluid.

Velocity scalar function dQ/dx = u = dW/dY velocity stream function.
=> W=y*y*y/3 + 2xy*y.

Also, dQ/dY = v = -dW/dX = -2y*y.

Option C is correct.

du/dx + dv/dy = 0.
Appy that then you'll get -2y^2.
