According to me,
Discharge for domestic purposes is approx 80% of total i:e( 135 liter is 108),
Now ,
= 108/(24*60).
= 0.075litre/min.

According to IS specifications, 135 liters is the average domestic consumption of water per Capita per day in question there is peak discharge per Capita per minute not day.

The given answer cannot be correct as it shows demand is 1.8 for 5-10 user and 1.2 for 15 users.
