There are two sizes of brick used in India i.e. Standard/Actual Brick and Nominal Brick size.

The Standard/Actual Brick size is 19cm x 9cm x 9cm.

And with mortar thickness, it's dimensions become 20cm x 10cm x 10cm which is also known as the nominal size of the modular brick.

Here the question asked is "ACTUAL SIZE" (means without mortar).

Therefore the correct answer would be.

(B) 19cm x 9cm x 9cm.

Modular/standard/without mortar is same 19cm x 9cm x 9.

Nominal size/with mortar is same as 20cm x 10cm x 10 cm.
