ASTM standards Usually we specify the 28-day strength, that is, the compressive strength after 28 days' moist cure at 73 ˚F.

ISI doesn't specified any strength. That is the IS 456 which specified the strength of concrete.

I know that in 28 days 98% strength developed according to IS 456-2000.
