I have a confusion about 100% compressive strength after 1 year and 3 years.

Please tell me surely with proof.

When full strength get 90% in 28 day, then for 100% (maximum strength) of concrete required 3 years, why?

Concrete gain its 95% strength within 28 Day And remaining 5% it gets throughout life of the structure.

ISI doesn't specified any strength. That is the IS 456 which specified the strength of concrete.

By theoretical the answer is 28 days and by practically in 28 days 98% strength is achieved.
