There are two MCQ's in this manual which is contradictory to each other. One states that ISI specify the full strength of concrete after 28 days, other nullify it,

Concrete gains its ultimate or full strength within 2 to 3 years so this option is not given that ways, So the answer is none of these.

By theoretical the answer is 28 days and by practically in 28 days 98% strength is achieved.

According to IS 456:2000, Page 16 NOTES, " In the designation of concrete mix M refer to the mix and the number to the specified compressive strength of 150 mm size cube at 28 days, expressed in N/mm2.
