Fine and coarse aggregates are measured using gauge box or farmas. Volume of gauge box is made equal to the volume of 1 bag of cement ie 35 litres or multiple threreof. Thus fine and coarse aggregates are measured in litres. Cement is always measured by weight.

Option b is also correct.
As 1529.20 kg = 1 m3.
So, we can convert kg into m3 and then we easily convert m3 into litres.

The volume of 1 cement bag is 35 L.
20bags = 20x50 kg
= 1000kg=1 tons.
20bags = 20x50 kg
= 1000kg=1 tons.
