1:2:8 is the wrong answer because the ratio of fine aggregate to coarse aggregate, in this case, 1 : 4 but usual range of fine aggregate to coarse aggregate should be within 1 : 1.5 to 1 : 2.5.

For this, methods of proportioning is applicable and given by 1:n:2n.

Answer is both D & E because according to arbitrary method of proportioning. The proportioning should be 1:n:2n.

Because it not satisfying the 1:n:2n. For arbitrary method.
