IS 456-2000 has designated the concrete mixes into a number of grades as M10, M15, M20, M25, M30, M35 and M40. In this designation, the letter M refers to the mix and the number to the specified 28-day cube strength of mix in N/mm2.

The answer @Junaid Nisar gave is correct.
According to IS 456:2000:
M10-M20 (nominal mix)
M25-M60 ( standard mix M60 was added to standard mix from high mix in amendment of IS code in 2013).
M65-M100.
So, basically there are 19 grades of concrete.

According to IS 456-1978.
There are only 7 Grades.
But According to IS 456-2000;
(M10-M20) = nominal mix.
(M25-M60) = standard mix M60 was added to standard mix from high mix in amendment of IS 456:2000 code in 2013).
M65 - M100.
So, there are 19 grades of concrete mix.
