It is the cement that causes the strength gain/ hardening of concrete due to the heat of hydration process that is fast during first 28 days but if it is not rapid in early days it might be uniform though it is also available in options then why the answer is none of these?

Concrete gets 100 % hard in first 10 hours and it's totally different from strength of concrete so option D is correct.
