Both Metamorphic and siliceous is right.

Chemically it is silicious and geologically it is metamorphic but both options are not available and generally, we believe that simply rock means geological classification so option A should be the answer.

Quartzite is also a metamorphic rock by the geological classification.

It is both metamorphic and silicious, I guess metamorphic option should not have been given since all the other options are under chemical classification.

It is a metamorphic rock. The sandstone converted to Quartzite due to metamorphism.
