SLACKING:

Slacking is process of chemical combination of quick lime with water.

CALCINING:

Calcination, the heating of solids to a high temperature for the purpose of removing volatile substances.

SLACKING & CALCINING both processes while SETTING (you can say setting above water) & HYDRAULICITY (Setting underwater) and both of these are Property.
