Fat lime, Rich lime and White lime are same.
Fat lime contains high(rich) amount 95% Calcium Oxide, thus also called Rich lime.
Fat lime is white in colour and mostly used for whitewashing, thus called Whitewashing.

Fat lime:-this lime is also known as the high calcium lime. Pure lime, rich lime or white lime. So option A, B, C are correct.

The correct answer is fat lime because 99% lime content in it. And it is used for whitewashing.
