This answer is wrong according to Wikipedia. The correct one is 0.08 % which isn't mentioned in the options.

High carbon steel =0.8 -1.5.
Medium (high tensile)=0.3-0.8.
Mild =0.15-0.3.
Dead mild= less 0.15.
Medium (high tensile)=0.3-0.8.
