Low carbon steel(or)mild steel = 0.05% to 0.25%.
Medium carbon steel = 0.25% to 0.75%.
High carbon steel = 0.75% to 1.5%.

STEEL - 0.1 - 1.1% OF CARBON But Here the Answer is 0.25%.
