Bitumen is obtained from the fractional distillation of petroleum. While tar is obtained from the district distillation of coal. So, Options D is wrong.

Bitumen in solid state cannot be called Asphalt. Asphalt is a mixture of bitumen and aggregates.

Mineral tar and petroleum are different things, So, I think the correct option should be A.

Bitumen is a mixture of Organic Liquids that are highly Viscous, Black, Sticky, Entirely Soluble in Carbon Disulfide, and composed primarily of highly condensed Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons.

Bitumen is the heavy end (i.e. Higher molecular weight) residue from the fractionation of crude oil. When you have extracted such things as fuels, fuel oils, lubricating oils and waxes from the crude oil, what is left is a thick sticky black liquid, consistency anything from "treacle" up to a firm glassy amorphous sold. That is bitumen.

Tar is similar, but is not extracted from crude oil; it is extracted from coal.

Asphalt is a mixture of bitumen and aggregates (inorganic heavy fillers, sands, grit, stones) of various kinds used for construction of road surfaces.
