Given answer is correct, i.e. Option A.

According to IS 427:2013.

Distemper is a water-based paint consisting of Glue as in binding medium. Major constituents in Distemper are water, Chalk powder, Lime and colouring agents if required.

We know that distemper is known as Cement paint. But it is said so because distemper doesn't need any other coating on cement walls before we apply it.
