Beam and slab= 50 to 100mm.
Column + 50 to 150 mm.
Normal RCC work = 80 to 150 mm.

According to R.Agore - Concrete Slumps For;
Slabs and Beams = 30 to 125 mm.
Columns = 75 to125 mm.
Foundations = 50 to 100 mm.
