Coping is covering of stone or concrete on the exposed top of the external wall.

Coping is provided for drain off the rain water on wall That process of finishing is called weathering.

Cornice - It is a projected ornamental course near the top of a wall or at the junction of the wall and ceiling. It penetrates the full width of the wall. It is weathered and throated to dispose of rainwater. To prevent cornice, extra weight in the form of a parapet wall should be provided.

Coping: It is a covering of stone, concrete, brick or terracotta, placed on the exposed top of the wall to prevent seepage of water.

Frieze - It is a course of stone placed immediately below the cornice, along the external face of the wall.

The given answer cornice is correct.
