ALL OPTION IS CORRECT.

- Dampness causes efflorescence of bricks, tiles of stones.
- It makes the plaster weak.
- It may cause bleaching and flaking of paint due to the formation of coloured patches.
- It causes corrosion of metals.
- It promotes the growth of termites.

First of all, efflorescence is caused by excess of alkalis in cement in powder form, so it can't be due to dampness, the later ones are defects in respective areas of plaster and paints so suitable one is termites.
