Altitude = 90°-(∆-$).
∆ = terrestrial latitude=0 because at altitude at lower collimation.
$ = declination = 60°.
Altitude = 90° + 60 = 150°>90°.
So,
Altitude= 180°-150°.
= 30°.

$ = declination = 60°.
Altitude = 90° + 60 = 150°>90°.
So,
Altitude= 180°-150°.
= 30°.
