I think the Question needs to be more elaborate. What does value mean? Value of angle? then it's the same all over the Earth.

If Value of distance between points on Earth, then again same all over. If Value of length of the Latitude, then greater at Equator and less towards pole; but the length of longitude remains the same all over the Earth.
