When we increase the temperature of an aqueous solution its volume also increases so its molarity decrease.

Molarity decreases with an increase in temperature (molarity involves volume, which is temperature dependent).

Since the volume of the aqueous solution increases a little bit with an increase in temperature, so the denominator part increases so molarity decreases.
