Ideal Gas law,
PV = nRT.
Given that condition first.
P1 = 1 kg\cm2,
V1 = V ltrs.
Condition second.
P1 = 2 kg\cm2,
V2 = ?
nRT is the same both condition as per ideal gas law.
So,
P1V1= P2V2,
1V = 2V2,
V2 = V\2 liters =>Ans.
