Let 100 mols of air = 21 moles of o2 and 79 moles of others
If we add in air 58 moles of O2 then O2 in the mixture is also 79.
So the ratio of moles of air to used O2 is 100/58 = 1.724
Option B is correct when the asked ratio is pour oxygen to the air(58/100 = 0.58).
