Solution:
Assuming 100mol of the Gas.
Then mole of H2 = 10,
Mole of oxygen = 10,
Mole of CO2 = 30,
Mole of H2O = 50,
Only dry gas moles = 10 + 10 + 30(H2 + O2 + CO2) = 50.

Then mole of H2 on dry gas basis10/50*100=20%
