The rate of diffusion of hydrogen is about 1.4 times that of He.
So, correct option 2^0.5.

According to Graham's law.
D = 1/√Mwt.
1/√Mwt.| He = 1/√Mwt.| H.
(1/√4x) / (1/√x).
= 1/2.
It makes sense, since as the Mwt increases the diffusion decreases.
However, if it was √2 = 1.41 it'd have been increased.
