A higher rate of filtrate delivery occurs with;

A - higher filtering area & pressure difference, since there is a larger driving force pushing the filtrate.
B - lower filtrate viscosity, due to easier flow.
C - lower cake & filter medium resistance, again due to easier flow.

So, the answer is actually B & C, not A & B.
