L[f(t^n)] = n!/{s^(n+1)}.
Therefore L[f(2t^2)] = 2*[f(t^2)]= 2* 2!/(s^2+1)= 4/s^3.
Therefore L[f(2t^2)] = 2*[f(t^2)]= 2* 2!/(s^2+1)= 4/s^3.
