Option B.
For overall transfer function the formula is given by,
y(s)/X(s)=B/(1+D).
Where B = multiply transfer function b/w the input and output.
D = Multiply all the transfer functions present in the block diagram.
Here G = G1*G2*G3.
H = H1*H2 the ans is G/(1+GH).
