I think, option D is right because SBR made by combination of butadiene and styrene in ratio of 1:3 at present of catalyst.

Styrene is made from benzene and ethane not from benzene and ethene. I think the answer should be D.

Then how ethyl alcohol? I get that for making styrene we need ethane and benzene, then why the answer is both ethyl alcohol and ethane? please solve the query.

From styrene-made form ethene and benzene; and butadiene-as a byproduct from naphtha cracking for ethane and catalytic dehydrogenation of n-butane.
