In KRC, answer(A) is the right answer.

|At atmospheric pressure and temperature of 200 C water will get converted into steam, to increase the Boiling Point of water which is present in crude, Desalter pressure should be maintained at Min 10 Kg/Cm2 to avoid phase change in Desalter.
Option 1 is the right answer as @Mr.Salim said.
