Olefins, also known as alkenes, generally have less oxidation stability than aromatics. This is because olefins contain carbon-carbon double bonds, which are more susceptible to oxidation than aromatic carbon-carbon bonds. In addition, olefins typically have lower molecular weights and fewer delocalized electrons, which also contribute to their lower oxidation stability.
On the other hand, aromatic compounds are characterized by their cyclic, conjugated structure, which provides increased stability and resistance to oxidation. The delocalized pi-electron system in aromatic compounds also makes them less likely to undergo oxidative reactions.
Therefore, olefins have less oxidation stability than aromatics.

As per my knowledge; In stored gasoline, Gum forming tendency increase by the oxidation and polymerisation of olefins. Gum forming tendency is not useful for gasoline. And aromatic is a desirable component for gasoline means oxidation stability of aromatic is less.
