Total vapor pressure of fuel oil = (0.1x700) + (.2x720) + (.3x740) + (.4x750) = 736.

Please provide me if there is another solution?

Total vapour pressure=partial pressure * mole fraction÷100.
So,
0.10*700 + 0.20*720 + 0.30*740 + 0.40*750 = 736.
