The nucleus of tritium (sometimes called a triton) contains one proton and two neutrons, whereas the nucleus of protium (by far the most abundant hydrogen isotope) contains one proton and no neutrons. A deuteron, contains one proton and one neutron. So given Answer is not A.

Isotope is formed by a different mass number of an atom of the same substance. Mass number depends upon the mass of neutrons+protons if neutrons are same then a mass number are same so no isotope are formed answer is incorrect A.
